About Us
Opening Monqiues in 2020 during the pandemic was challenging, but with the community's support, we became a household name, serving fresh homemade food to locals and tourists alike. Building on the success of Monqiues, we launched Freska WTC, offering breakfast and lunch to the building's occupants, corporate catering, and newly introduced meal plans.
In 2023, we opened Freska E1, which has quickly become the go-to spot on Devils Tower Road, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the surrounding area.
